at basic, intermediary and advanced level. We are qualified to use and work with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) ® and can undertake assessment and debriefing for any number of people, either manually or on line. We also use MBTI in team building events.

We recognise that, while training is important, time is usually short. So we also offer many of our subjects as ‘Espressos’ – short size workshops each lasting 90 minutes, best run in the morning (!). A series of six ‘Espresso’ workshops could form the basis of a focused training programme for public relations consultancies, advertising agencies and in-house communications practitioners and teams. They could also form the basis for a modular day or conference where continuous professonal development is a key objective. We ensure that whatever we do helps clients who are working with competency frameworks. All our trainers are CIPD qualified and are also NLP Practitioners.
